Jewelex India in Mumbai seeks a Logistics Assistant to support export/import documentation and records. You will help prepare invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and bills of lading, while ensuring accuracy for customs compliance.

You will work with senior staff, coordinate with customs brokers, assist with LC documentation, and perform data entry and filing. This role suits detail-oriented individuals with basic knowledge of export-import procedures and strong MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of export-import procedures and logistics.
• Good communication, organizational, and MS Office skills.

• Assist in preparing export/import documents such as invoice, packing list, shipping bill, and bill of lading.

• Assist with bank documentation including letters of credit (LC).
• Coordinate with customs brokers and support customs clearance work, including field visits to ports, customs offices, or warehouses when required.
