Job summary

Zoho is hiring an Export & Import Executive in Mumbai (Vidyavihar) with 3+ years of EXIM experience. Day shift, Mon-Sat, salary ₹3.60–5.40 lakh per year. Immediate joiners preferred. Strong emphasis on accurate EXIM paperwork and client coordination.

Role requires handling end-to-end EXIM processes, ensuring compliance with customs and DGFT, and maintaining clear MIS updates for management. Excellent communication and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on EXIM experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong MS Excel and documentation knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be responsible, organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Export & Import (EXIM) operations.
• Plan and prepare applications as per FOREIGN TRADE POLICY.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain signatures and schedule reviews.
• Prepare quotations and documents for schemes under FOREIGN TRADE POLICY.
• Prepare tax invoices and coordinate with clients.
• Follow up for payments from clients.
• Handle export/import documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of entry, BL/AWB, certificates).
• Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT and EXIM regulations.
• Prepare and verify commercial documents for EXIM paperwork.
• Handle queries related to shipments, DGFT, customs clearance and delivery.
• Maintain MIS reports and provide updates to management.

Shift: Day Shift – 9:00 AM to 6:45 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday + Any 2 Saturdays Off
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred.

We provide most of our services to Multinational Corporations such as those among the Fortune 500 companies or their equivalents in India .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Export & Import (EXIM) operations .
  
• Planning and preparation of application as per FOREIGN TRADE POLICY
  
• Coordinate with clients to obtain signatures and schedule review meetings for pending tasks.
  
• Preparation of quotation and List of documents required for various schemes under FOREIGN TRADE POLICY
