Job summary

SolutionBox Insight Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced EXIM Specialist to manage export and import operations, ensuring compliance with government regulations and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in EXIM or international logistics with solid knowledge of Incoterms, customs processes, and proficiency with MS Excel, DGFT portal, and ICEGATE. Graduate in Commerce/International Trade; PG or MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of EXIM or international logistics experience.
• Solid knowledge of customs processes and trade compliance.
• Graduate in Commerce or International Trade.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, DGFT portal, and ICEGATE.

Responsibilities

• Handle all export/import documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, COO).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and transporters.
• Monitor shipments from origin to delivery and clearance.
• Ensure timely customs clearance and port clearance.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced EXIM Specialist to manage and coordinate all export and import operations, ensuring compliance with government regulations and efficient documentation. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of customs processes, shipping procedures, and international trade practices.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all documentation for export & import shipments (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.)

Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Customs House Agents), and transporters

Monitor and track shipments from origin to delivery

Ensure timely clearance from customs and ports

Education
Graduate (Preferably in Commerce / International Trade)

Preferred
PG in EXIM, MBA in International Business, or Diploma in Export-Import Management

Experience
3–5 years in EXIM or international logistics

Software Knowledge
MS Excel, Tally, SAP (optional), DGFT portal, ICEGATE

Other Skills
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, documentation, and trade compliance
