Job summary

Alcomex Springs India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune seeks an experienced EXIM Executive to join the Commercial SCM team.

You will handle end-to-end export-import documentation and regulatory compliance, coordinating with customers, vendors, freight forwarders, CHAs, transporters, and internal teams. Responsibilities include shipping documents, EOU/SEZ compliance, GST-related tasks, ITC refunds, and MIS reporting. Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in EXIM operations, logistics, or international trade.
• Knowledge of EOU/SEZ operations and compliance is a plus.
• Strong communication in English and good documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export and import documentation and operations.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, freight forwarders, CHAs, transporters, and internal teams.
• Handle shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and Bills of Lading.
• Manage EOU compliance, statutory documentation, bonded inventory, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle Duty Drawback claims, export incentives, and GST-related documentation, including ITC refunds and e-way bills.
• Track shipments, coordinate container planning, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate import-export records.
• Support statutory audits and ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, GST, and applicable foreign trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export and import documentation and operations.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, freight forwarders, CHAs, transporters, and internal teams.
• Handle shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and Bills of Lading.
