Job summary

Regaal Resources is seeking a Stores/Inventory professional to manage receipt, storage, and issue of materials within a manufacturing setup in India. The role requires maintaining stock records, GRN, and related documents, while ensuring accurate documentation and smooth coordination with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, and Accounts teams.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in stores/inventory, with working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, and a good understanding of inventory

• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of inventory control and store documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle receipt, storage, issue, and movement of materials.
• Maintain stock records, GRN, material issue notes, and related documents.
• Update inventory transactions in Tally.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical stock verification.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, and Accounts teams.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and housekeeping of materials.
• Prepare stock reports and maintain accurate documentation
