Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) and data entry tasks.
• Hands-on ERP experience relevant to inventory or store operations.
• Ability to read POs, invoices and material specifications.
• Experience in store/warehouse operations and material handling.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock handling, and store practices.
• Understanding of 5S principles and material tagging for tracking.

Responsibilities

• Material Issue Management: issue materials against approved requisitions and record-keeping.
• GRN Preparation: prepare Goods Receipt Notes after verification with PO and challans.
• Incoming Invoice Tracking: track invoices, cross-check with GRN/PO, coordinate with accounts.
• Item Tagging & Identification: tagging, labeling, and identification for tracking.
• ERP Data Entry: timely entry of material transactions (receipt, issue, transfer).
• Inventory Accuracy & Coordination: maintain stock accuracy, coordinate with procurement, stores, and accounts.

Role & responsibilities

• Material Issue Management: Ensure timely issue of materials against approved requisitions and maintain accurate records of all issued items.
• GRN Preparation: Prepare Goods Receipt Notes promptly after verifying materials with purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Incoming Invoice Tracking: Track and record all incoming invoices, cross-check with GRN and PO, and coordinate with accounts for processing.
• Item Tagging & Identification: Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and identification of all materials for easy tracking and inventory control.
• ERP Data Entry: Perform timely and accurate entry of all material transactions (receipt, issue, transfer) in the ERP system.
• Inventory Accuracy & Coordination: Maintain stock accuracy through regular checks and coordinate with procurement, stores, and accounts teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• Basic Computer Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with data entry tasks.
• ERP Experience: Hands-on experience working with any ERP system for inventory or store operations.
• Reading & Understanding Skills: Good reading skills to interpret documents like POs, invoices, and material specifications.
