The ideal candidate has 2+ years in store/inventory management, experience with ERP systems and MS Excel, and strong organizational and teamwork skills to coordinate with procurement, production and accounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage and issue of materials.

• Perform inward and outward material entries in ERP/software systems.
• Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory audits.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Maintain documentation of GRNs, issue slips and stock registers.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and preservation of materials.
• Coordinate with production, purchase and accounts for smooth material flow.
• Generate inventory and MIS reports and maintain store documentation.
• Follow company policies, safety standards and inventory control procedures.

The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, stock verification, material handling, inward and outward entries, and store documentation. Experience in the Manufacturing, FMCG, or Food Industry is preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability for production.
• Perform inward and outward material entries in ERP/software systems.
• Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory audits.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
• Maintain proper documentation of GRNs, issue slips, stock registers, and other store records.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and accounts departments for smooth material flow.
• Generate inventory reports, MIS reports, and maintain store-related documentation.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Store or Inventory Management.
• Experience in the Manufacturing, FMCG, or Food Industry will be preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and material handling.
• Hands-on experience with ERP software and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of inward/outward processes and store documentation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
