Job summary

Alatus Solution in Bhachau, Gujarat is seeking a diligent stores/warehouse executive responsible for receiving, verifying and maintaining materials and inventory.

You will issue materials, maintain stock records, conduct stock verifications, and coordinate with Purchase, Production and Accounts to ensure smooth material flow.

This role requires attention to detail and good record-keeping to prevent discrepancies and shortages.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and maintain incoming materials, goods and inventory.
• Verify quantity and quality of materials against purchase orders and invoices.
• Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials.
• Issue materials to departments as per approved requirements.
• Maintain stock registers and update inventory records regularly.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, identification and labeling of materials.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts and other departments regarding material requirements.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform management about shortages.
• Prepare GRN, material issue slips, stock reports and other store-related documents.
