Job summary

Graphica Gauges And Tools in Pune is seeking an experienced Store/Inventory Manager to oversee inbound, outbound, and stock accuracy. You will maintain ERP records, ensure proper storage, and coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Quality teams.

The role requires 13 years in store/inventory management, manufacturing exposure, strong Excel/ERP skills, and meticulous documentation and communication abilities to keep operations smooth and compliant.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP software preferred).
• Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle materials systematically and accurately.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality as per purchase documents.
• Maintain proper records of inward and outward stock transactions.
• Issue materials, tools, consumables, and components as per authorized requisitions.
• Ensure proper storage and identification of materials in the store.
• Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and ERP/HRMS entries (if applicable).
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform management about shortages.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Quality departments for material requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Assist in dispatch and material packing activities when required.
• Ensure proper documentation of all store-related activities.
