Job summary

Meril Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a result‑oriented HR professional to manage end‑to‑end recruitment, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of hiring requirements.

You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals, screen resumes, arrange interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain recruitment trackers to support fast closures.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate communication.
• Handle salary negotiations, offer discussions, and joining follow-ups.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor mapping for critical positions.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment closures.
