Job summary

Meril Life Sciences Pvt Ltd in Mumbai’s Andheri East is seeking an HR Executive focused on Recruitment. The role centers on owning the talent acquisition process for sales and corporate offices, ensuring timely manpower support to business units.

You will develop and implement recruitment policies, manage end-to-end hiring, create job descriptions, and coordinate with external vendors to close vacancies quickly. This is an on-site role requiring strong communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Lead Talent Acquisition for sales and corporate offices in Mumbai.
• Develop and implement Talent Acquisition policies and processes.
• Manage full hiring cycle: sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling, HR rounds, offers and post-offer follow-ups.
• Create job descriptions for new/critical vacancies and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Understanding business unit requirements to provide manpower on time.
• Coordinate with external vendors/consultants to close vacancies quickly.
• Utilize job portals, references, postings, consultants and social networks to fill critical roles with minimal TAT.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

Talent Acquisition

• Accountable for Talent Acquisition for all sales division as well as corporate office in Mumbai
• Worked with HR head to build up and execute robust the Talent Acquisition policy and process in the organization
• Responsible for Complete Talent Acquisition Cycle - Sourcing, Short listing, Scheduling, Preliminary screening, HR round of interviews, Salary negotiation, Offer letter generation and post offer follow ups)
• Creation of Job description for all the new/critical vacancies and keep a record of the existing job descriptions for the future reference
• Understanding the requirement of Business units and provide the manpower to the respective business units on time
• Liaising with external vendors/consultants and keep follow up with them to close critical vacancies at faster pace
• Utilization of available possible resources ( Job Portal, References, Job postings, Consultants, Social websites etc) to close the critical vacancies with minimum TAT
