The candidate should excel in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across multiple roles, coordinating with hiring managers to close positions within timelines. In this role, you will source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references, while maintaining a robust candidate database and recruitment tracker.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience.
• Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical recruitment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate salary and finalize offers with selected candidates.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Ensure timely offer rollout and follow-up with candidates until joining.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
