We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support senior management with daily coordination, scheduling, communication, and administrative operations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the discretion to handle confidential information while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules for senior management.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and confidential information professionally.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), reports, presentations, and MIS as required.
- Arrange business travel, itineraries, and related logistics.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Support senior management with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and organized files.
- Handle ad hoc assignments and other responsibilities as required by management.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Management Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
