Job summary

CyberFrat Private Limited is seeking an energetic Delegate Acquisition & Management Executive to join our events team in India. You will reach out to CXOs and senior professionals, invite them to CXO Junction events, manage registrations, and drive strong delegate participation.

You'll coordinate across channels (calls, LinkedIn, email), onboard delegates for webinars and roundtables, and maintain delegate data in CRM systems and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective delegates through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.

• Follow up with prospects to drive registrations and attendance.
• Manage delegate confirmations, reminders, and event-day coordination.
• Maintain and regularly update delegate databases, CRM systems, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve delegate acquisition and audience targets.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with delegates.
