Job summary

CyberFrat is seeking an energetic Delegate Acquisition & Management Executive to reach out to CXOs and senior professionals, inviting them to CXO Junction events and initiatives, and managing registrations and follow-ups to ensure strong delegate participation.

You will maintain delegate databases, coordinate with internal teams, and drive attendance through proactive follow-ups and event-day coordination.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective delegates through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Invite and onboard CXOs and senior professionals for events, webinars, roundtables, and community initiatives.
• Follow up with prospects to drive registrations and attendance.
• Manage delegate confirmations, reminders, and event-day coordination.
• Maintain and regularly update delegate databases, CRM systems, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve delegate acquisition and audience targets.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with delegates.
