• Follow up with prospects to drive registrations and attendance.
• Manage delegate confirmations, reminders, and event-day coordination.
• Maintain and regularly update delegate databases, CRM, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve delegate acquisition and audience targets.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with delegates.

Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic and communication-driven candidate to join our team as a Delegate Acquisition & Management Executive. The role involves reaching out to CXOs and senior professionals, inviting them to CXO Junction's events and initiatives, managing registrations and follow-ups, and ensuring strong delegate participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospective delegates through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
