Role Description

The Delegate Acquisition role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vasai Virar. The delegate acquisition specialist is responsible for identifying and engaging potential delegates for B2B events, building targeted contact lists, and conducting outreach via phone, email, and digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include explaining event value propositions, qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in event databases, and coordinating with operations teams to support event attendance targets. The role also involves relationship management with key stakeholders, follow-ups to confirm registrations, and providing feedback to improve delegate acquisition strategies. This position offers opportunities to contribute directly to event success and client satisfaction.
