Job summary

Transcosmos Inc. Hungary is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to turn tech support into meaningful outcomes. You will respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, troubleshoot charging, solar connectivity, and mobile app issues, and guide users through product features.

This full-time onsite role requires 40 hours per week, 8:30–17:00 with a 1-hour break, located in Debrecen (Tudáspark); Hungary. You’ll work with a multinational team focused on sustainable tech and customer success, with
