transcosmos inc. is seeking a French-speaking Technical Support Analyst for an on-site role in Debrecen, Hungary. You will assist French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email, troubleshooting mobile apps, Bluetooth, and smart devices while guiding users through features and functions.

The position requires fluent French (C1) and strong English (B2), a customer-focused mindset, and interest in technology. A Hungarian work permit is required if applicable.
