This on-site role offers an international, training-focused environment. You will own cases from first contact to resolution, provide bilingual support (Spanish and English), and help users navigate products while collaborating with a global team.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish (C1) and confident English (B2) communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.

• On-site work in Debrecen and Hungarian work permit if applicable.

As a Technical Support Analyst, youll assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email while working in a modern international environment in Debrecen.

What youll do

• Provide customer support in Spanish and English via phone, chat, and email.
