Job summary

transcosmos inc. in Debrecen or Budapest is seeking a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Analyst to assist customers via phone, chat, and email.

You will troubleshoot mobile apps, Bluetooth connectivity, and smart devices while guiding users through product features in a modern international environment. Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B2) is required, with a customer-focused mindset and problem-solving orientation.

Are you fluent in Dutch and interested in technology?

Join our international team supporting one of the worlds leading smart mobility brands, helping customers use innovative products including electric scooters, mobile applications, and connected devices.

As a Technical Support Analyst, youll assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email while working in a modern international environment in Debrecen OR Budapest.

• Location: Debrecen/ Budapest
• Working Hours:Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
• Employment Type:Full-time (40 hours/week)

What youll do

• Provide customer support in Dutch and English via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot issues related to mobile applications, Bluetooth connectivity, and smart devices.
• Guide customers through product features and functionalities.
