Job summary

transcosmos inc. in Debrecen is seeking a Spanish-speaking Technical Support Analyst (Student Job) to provide bilingual support to customers of a leading smart mobility brand.

You will assist with product features, mobile apps, and basic tech issues, delivering friendly service via phone, chat, and email. The role is on-site, part-time (20–30 hours/week), with paid training and an opportunity to gain international work experience while studying.

Qualifications

• University student status.
• Fluent Spanish (C1) and English (B2) communication skills.
• Strong communication and customer-oriented attitude.
• Interest in technology and problem solving.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Ability to work on-site in Debrecen.
• Valid Hungarian work permit if applicable.
