Job summary

VASA Denticity Limited seeks an Engineering Manager – Technology (AI-First) to lead Dentalkart's engineering team, shaping software delivery, architecture, and the AI roadmap. You will scale the platform for high-traffic use, drive AI integration, and ensure security and compliance across all stacks.

You will collaborate with founders and senior leadership, mentoring engineers and building a high-growth, founder-led culture with market‑standard compensation and incentives.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of software engineering experience including 2–3 years in engineering leadership.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience building and scaling high-traffic e-commerce platforms.
• Strong expertise in React, React Native, Node.js, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), DevOps, and system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, and ML integration.
• Knowledge of Agile, Jira, CI/CD, secure SDLC, DPDP Act 2023, and PCI-DSS.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Direct ownership of the engineering team, platform architecture, and AI roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team and drive software delivery across Dentalkart.
• Oversee system architecture and platform scalability for high-traffic e-commerce.
• Champion AI adoption and integration into products and engineering processes.
