Job summary

Dentalkart seeks an Engineering Manager – Technology (AI-First) to lead its engineering team, guide system architecture, and drive AI integration across products. You will scale a high-traffic ecommerce platform while ensuring security, compliance, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, and Leadership.

Bring 8–12 years of software experience with 2–3 years in leadership, expertise in React/Node.js, cloud platforms, and AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of software engineering experience, with 2–3 years in an engineering leadership role.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience building and scaling high-traffic e-commerce platforms.
• Strong expertise in React, React Native, Node.js, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), DevOps, and system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, AI coding assistants, and ML integration.
• Knowledge of Agile, Jira, CI/CD, secure SDLC, DPDP Act 2023, and PCI-DSS.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Direct ownership of the engineering team, platform architecture, and AI roadmap.
