Dentalkart is seeking an experienced Team Lead - Full-Stack Development (AI-Native) to lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in software development. You will drive AI-first engineering practices and ensure scalable, reliable product delivery across web, backend, cloud, and AI-enabled systems.

You will mentor developers, review code, and collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Leadership teams to deliver business-critical features while advancing architecture and cloud optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on Full-Stack Development with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in Next.js, React, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js/NestJS, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Strong experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, ECS.
• Experience designing scalable REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, Docker, and cloud deployment.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalability.
• Experience implementing AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, or ML solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and leadership skills.
