Job summary

Dentalkart is seeking an experienced Team Lead – Full-Stack Development (AI-Native) to guide a talented engineering team while remaining hands-on in building scalable, AI-enabled platforms. You will own end-to-end delivery from architecture to deployment across web, backend, and cloud services.

You will mentor engineers, drive AI-first engineering practices, ensure secure and reliable product releases, and collaborate with product, design, QA, and leadership to ship business-critical features.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on full-stack development with team leadership.
• Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, ECS.
• Designing scalable REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, Docker, and cloud deployment.
• Experience implementing AI-powered applications using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or ML solutions.
