Job summary

VASA Denticity Limited is seeking an experienced Team Lead – Full-Stack Development (AI-Native) in Delhi to guide a talented engineering team while remaining hands-on in software development.

You will lead end-to-end feature delivery across web, backend, cloud, and AI-enabled systems, driving AI-first engineering practices and scalable product delivery with high availability and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on Full-Stack development with team leadership.
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, ECS).
• Experience designing scalable REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on with CI/CD, Git workflows, Docker, cloud deployment.
• Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG or ML.
• Strong problem solving, debugging and leadership skills.

Requirements
