Job summary

Dentalkart is seeking an Engineering Manager – Technology (AI-First) to lead its engineering team, shaping software delivery, architecture, AI adoption, and product integration. You will scale a high‑traffic e‑commerce platform while upholding security and compliance.

In this role you will collaborate with Product, Operations and Leadership, mentor engineers, and drive an AI roadmap under founder leadership. This pivotal position offers ownership and growth in India's dental e‑commerce space.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of software engineering experience, incl. 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience building and scaling high-traffic e-commerce platforms.
• Strong expertise in React, React Native, Node.js, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), DevOps, and system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, AI coding assistants, and ML integration.
• Knowledge of Agile, Jira, CI/CD, secure SDLC, DPDP Act 2023, and PCI-DSS.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
