Job summary

Dentalkart is seeking an Engineering Manager – Technology (AI-First) to lead its engineering team, drive software delivery, architecture decisions, and AI-enabled product initiatives for a high-traffic e-commerce platform in India.

You will mentor engineers, shape the AI roadmap, ensure security and compliance, and collaborate with Product, Operations and Leadership to scale the platform and deliver innovative, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of software engineering experience, incl 2–3 years in engineering leadership.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience building and scaling high-traffic e-commerce platforms.
• Strong expertise in React, React Native, Node.js, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), DevOps, and system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, AI coding assistants, and ML integration.
• Knowledge of Agile, Jira, CI/CD, secure SDLC, DPDP Act 2023, and PCI-DSS.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
