We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Full-Stack Development (AI-Native) to lead a team of engineers while remaining hands‑on in software development. This role is responsible for delivering scalable, high-performance applications, driving AI‑first engineering practices, mentoring developers, and ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient product delivery across web, backend, cloud, and AI‑enabled systems.
