Job summary

Dentalkart is seeking an experienced Head of Design – UX/UI, App & Web (AI-Native) to lead the end-to-end product design for our dental marketplace across web and mobile. This hands-on leadership role defines design vision, builds scalable systems, and drives conversion through exceptional user experiences.

You will mentor the design team, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Leadership, and harness AI-powered workflows to accelerate innovation while maintaining high design

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Digital Product Design.
• Proven experience leading design teams and shipping consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, premium UI design, and design systems.
• Expertise in Figma, Design Systems, Prototyping, and Interaction Design.
• Experience designing for Mobile Apps and Responsive Web platforms.
• Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and customer-centered design principles.
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools to improve workflows and productivity.

Responsibilities
