Job summary

VASA Denticity Limited in Delhi is seeking an experienced Head of Design – UX/UI, App & Web (AI-Native) to lead the end-to-end product design for our dental marketplace across web and mobile.

This hands-on leadership role defines the design vision, builds scalable design systems, conducts user research, and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Leadership to drive conversions and product quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product or UX/UI design.
• Proven leadership for consumer-facing products.
• Strong portfolio in UX, UI, and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design strategy for web and mobile.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Design – UX/UI, App & Web (AI-Native) to lead the end-to-end product design function for DentalKart's web and mobile applications. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for defining the design vision, building scalable design systems, improving user experience, driving conversion through design, and leveraging AI-powered design workflows to accelerate innovation.

• Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design strategy across web and mobile applications.
  
• Define and maintain a premium, scalable design language and design system.
  
• Design intuitive user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
  
• Improve key customer journeys including Search, Product Detail Pages (PDP), Cart, Checkout, and Onboarding.
  
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
  
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze customer behavior to improve product experience.
  
• Mentor and lead the design team while maintaining high design quality standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Product Design.
  
• Proven experience leading design teams and shipping consumer-facing digital products.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, premium UI design, and design systems.
  
• Expertise in Figma, Design Systems, Prototyping, and Interaction Design.
  
• Experience designing for both Mobile Apps and Responsive Web platforms.
