Dentalkart in Greater Noida, India seeks an experienced Team Lead – Full-Stack Development (AI-Native) to guide a hands-on engineering team through scalable web and AI-enabled product delivery.

You will architect and implement using Next.js, React, Node.js, and AWS, mentor engineers, drive CI/CD, and collaborate with product, design, QA, and leadership to deliver high-impact features with reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years hands-on full-stack development with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in Next.js, React, JS, TS, Node.js, Express/NestJS, MongoDB, Redis.
• Extensive AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, ECS).
• Experience designing scalable REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployment.
• Strong understanding of architecture, system design, and scalability.
• Experience implementing AI-powered apps using LLMs or RAG.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
