The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with 1–3 years in industrial sales, and be able to travel regularly within Tamil Nadu and neighboring states. Fluency in English and Tamil is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in power/tools.
• Sound technical and commercial knowledge with Tamil and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, product presentation and demonstrations at customer sites.
• Prepare commercial and technical proposals and quotations.
• Achieve sales and collection targets; manage orders and payments.
• Coordinate with sales team and report to MD; participate in pre-sales and trials.
• Travel across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Pondicherry as required.

Engineer - Sales & Service(for Cutting Tools)

• Experience in manufacturing industries & Heavy Industries segment.
  
• Experience in selling industrial products likeCutting tools & Metal Working Solutions.
  
• Should have sound technical and commercial knowledge.
  
• Will have to work as a team and increase sales as per the company's goal.
  
• He will be responsible for lead generation, product presentation, demonstration, estimation, o rder management, payment collections & customer service.
  
• Meeting sales & collection targets in assigned territory, Shall be responsible for the P&L for the product group assigned.
  
• He will be reporting to the Managing Director and coordinating with other sales team members.
  
• Preparing commercial and technical proposals.
  
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machines
  
• Ability to conduct commercial negotiations with goodTechno-Commercial skills
  
• Good command over spoken and written English and Tamil
  
• Conducting trials & demonstrations at customer machines and providing the right manufacturing solutions to the customers.
  
• Maintaining relations with customers and conduction customer presentations.
  
• Visiting Customers regularly. Participate in Pre-Sales and Trouble Shooting activities.
