A leading engineering firm in Chennai is seeking an Engineer/Manager for Sales & Service focused on cutting tools and metal working solutions. The role requires management of customer relationships, technical presentations, and sales target achievements. Engineer / Manager - Sales & Service (for Cutting Tools)

• Experience in manufacturing industries & Heavy Industries segment.
• Experience in selling industrial products like Cutting tools & Metal Working Solutions.
• Should have sound technical and commercial knowledge.
• Will have to work as a team and increase sales as per the company's goal.
• He will be responsible for lead generation, product presentation, demonstration, estimation, order management, payment collections & customer service.
• Meeting sales & collection targets in assigned territory, shall be responsible for the P&L for the product group assigned.
• He will be reporting to the Managing Director and coordinating with other sales team members.
• Preparing commercial and technical proposals.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machines.
• Ability to conduct commercial negotiations with good Techno-Commercial skills.
• Good command over spoken and written English and Tamil.
• Conducting trials & demonstrations at customer machines and providing the right manufacturing solutions to the customers.
• Maintaining relations with customers and conducting customer presentations.
• Visiting customers regularly. Participate in Pre-Sales and Trouble Shooting activities.
