Cutmac Marketing Pvt Ltd in Tamil Nadu seeks an Engineer/Manager - Sales & Service for Lubricants. Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
• 3-5 years experience in Industrial sales, preferably Lubricants & Coolants.
• Fluent in Tamil & English; Hindi/Kannada/Telugu a plus.
• Based in Hosur or Chennai; willing to travel in Tamil Nadu and nearby states.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machines; good techno-commercial skills.
• Experience in lead generation, presentations, demonstrations, negotiations, and order management.
• Strong IT basics; Excel and CRM proficiency; ability to prepare proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, product presentations and demonstrations, estimation, order management and collections.
• Meet sales and collection targets; responsible for P&L for the product group.
• Report to the Managing Director and coordinate with the sales team.
• Prepare commercial and technical proposals; conduct trials and customer demonstrations.
• Maintain relations with customers; conduct presentations and visits; participate in pre-sales and troubleshooting.
• Travel regularly to customers in Tamil Nadu, Andhra and Karnataka; base in Hosur/Chennai.

• Experience in manufacturing industries & Heavy Industries segment.
  
• Experience in selling industrial products likeLubricants, Coolants & Metal Working fluids.
  
• Should have sound technical and commercial knowledge.
  
• Will have to work as a team and increase sales as per the company's goal.
  
• He will be responsible for lead generation, product presentation, demonstration, estimation, o rder management, payment collections & customer service
  
• Meeting sales & collection targets in assigned territory, Shall be responsible for the P&L for the product group assigned.
  
• He will be reporting to the Managing Director and coordinating with other sales team members.
  
• Preparing commercial and technical proposals.
  
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machines
  
• Ability to conduct commercial negotiations with goodTechno-Commercial skills
