Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking an engineer to resolve critical field issues in vehicle electrical systems. You will coordinate with Dealer-TEKline-PVT for investigations and provide quick, precise solutions, and mobilize suppliers as needed.

You will validate effectiveness of solutions and drive continuous improvement through corrective actions. Role focuses on technical excellence, collaboration with COEs and EL, and building capabilities for TEKline/Dealerships.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in relevant field or equivalent.
• 3-5 years automotive experience preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and fault resolution.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for resolution of critical field issues across vehicle Electrical systems.
• Coordinate with Dealer-TEKline-PVT for investigation and providing quick, precise solutions.
• Coordinate and mobilise suppliers for investigation/solution when required.
• Validate solution effectiveness and ensure sustainable fixes.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Benchmarking and continuous improvement of electrical engineering processes.
• Technical capability building lessons for TEKline/Dealerships.
• Collaborate with COEs and EL to ensure cross-functional alignment.
