Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking an experienced engineer to lead and resolve critical field issues across vehicle systems, including electrical, infotainment, and powertrain domains. The role requires hands-on analysis, diagnostic tooling, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will validate solutions on road and in lab, drive corrective actions, share lessons learned across platforms, and support capability building within the team. 5–10 years of experience and BE/B.Tech are expected.

Qualifications

• Functional knowledge of vehicle systems at the vehicle/system level.
• Strong problem solving and technical analysis in Electrical & Electronics / Software & Infotainment / Power Train.
• Functional System Expertise in Electrical & Electronics / Software & Infotainment / Power Train.
• Ability to use and interpret diagnostic tools.
• NVH tools and accelerometer experience.

Responsibilities
