Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking an experienced engineer to drive resolution of critical field issues across vehicle systems from field observations to validated solutions.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, expertise in electrical/electronics and powertrain domains, and proficiency with diagnostic tools. Collaboration with COEs, development of corrective actions and lessons learnt are key outcomes.

Qualifications

• Functional knowledge of the vehicle systems: Skill of driving and identifying the concerns at vehicle / system level - Practitioner Level
• Strong skill set on problem solving & technical analysis - Electrical & Electronics / Software & Infotainment / Power Train
• Functional System Expertise - Electrical & Electronics / Software & Infotainment / Power Train
• Ability to use & interpret diagnostic tools (ALL) and CAN data loggers, PicoScope, CAN analysers, NVH tools

Responsibilities

• Responsible for resolution of critical field issues across vehicle systems.
