Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking an experienced engineer to drive the resolution of critical field issues across vehicle systems. You will lead cross-functional teams, validate fixes across road, lab, and laptop environments, and ensure solutions are effective and lasting.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills and deep knowledge of electrical, software, infotainment, and powertrain domains, with a focus on preventing recurrences through robust design and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Functional knowledge of the vehicle systems; practitioner level.
• Strong skill set on problem solving & technical analysis across electrical, software and powertrain domains.
• Functional System Expertise in EV/ICE subsystems and integration.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for resolution of critical field issues across vehicle systems.
• Lead the resolution of concerns.
