Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. seeks an experienced electrical engineer to drive the resolution of critical field issues across vehicle electrical systems.

You will coordinate with Dealer-TEKline-PVT for investigations and provide quick, precise solutions, and mobilise suppliers when needed for investigation and resolution. The role requires validating effectiveness of solutions, possessing strong functional system expertise, and collaborating with COEs and EL.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech or ME/MTech in electrical engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in automotive electrical systems.
• Ability to develop and monitor corrective action plans and preventive actions.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for resolution of critical field issues across vehicle electrical systems.
• Co-ordinate with Dealer-TEKline-PVT for investigation of concerns and provide quick and precise solutions.
• Co-ordinate and mobilise suppliers if required for investigation/solution.
• Validation of the solution and its effectiveness.
• Functional system expertise and collaboration with COEs and EL.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans; prevent recurrence through design, process, or system improvements.
• Lessons learnt deployment for TEKline/Dealership; benchmarking.
