Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking an experienced automotive engineer to address field issues across vehicle electrical systems. You will coordinate with dealers and TEKline-PVT, mobilize suppliers as needed, and validate corrective actions to ensure durable solutions.

Ideal candidates have a BE/BTech and 5–10 years of relevant experience in electrical/electronic systems, software, infotainment or powertrain. Strong diagnostic skills and teamwork with COEs are essential.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech degree required.
• 5–10 years of relevant automotive experience.
• Experience in electrical & electronics, software & infotainment, or powertrain.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with vehicle diagnostic tools and testing.

Responsibilities

• Resolve critical field issues across vehicle electrical systems.
• Coordinate with Dealer-TEKline-PVT for investigations and rapid solutions.
• Mobilize suppliers for investigations or solutions.
• Validate the solution and test its effectiveness.
• Maintain functional system expertise in electrical & electronics and software.
• Collaborate with COEs and EL teams.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans.
• Prevent recurrence through design, process, or system improvements.
• Share lessons learnt with TEKline and dealerships.

Job description
