Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. seeks an experienced engineer to own the resolution of critical field issues across vehicle systems. You will lead concerns, validate solutions across road, lab and laptop environments, and verify effectiveness.

Work with COEs and EL to develop and monitor corrective action plans, prevent recurrence through design and process improvements, and drive knowledge sharing. 5–10 years in auto engineering with strong problem solving and E&E/software/powertrain knowledge

Qualifications

• Functional knowledge of the vehicle systems; ability to identify concerns at vehicle/system level.
• Strong problem solving and technical analysis in Electrical & Electronics / Software & Infotainment / Power Train.
• Functional System Expertise across Electrical & Electronics / Software & Infotainment / Power Train.
