Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking an experienced engineering professional to resolve critical field issues in electrical systems, coordinate with dealer networks, and mobilise suppliers for investigations.

The role involves validating solutions and deploying corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Candidate should have a BE/BTech and 5–10 years of experience in automotive engineering, with strong diagnostic tool skills and a deep understanding of electrical & electronics, software,

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving & technical analysis skills across Electrical & Electronics, Software & Infotainment, Power Train.
• Functional knowledge of vehicle systems and ability to identify concerns at system level.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and data logging for powertrain/electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret data from diagnostic instruments and measurements.
• Experience with PicoScope, CAN data loggers and CAN analysers.

Responsibilities

• Resolve critical field issues across vehicle electrical systems.
• Coordinate with Dealer-TEKline-PVT for investigation and provide quick, precise solutions.
• Mobilise suppliers when required for investigation and solution.
• Validate the solution and its effectiveness.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.

Job description

• Co-ordinate with Dealer-TEKline-PVT for investigation of the concerns & providing Quick + Precise solution.
