Job description

Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:

• 1. Manage vehicle Electrical, Electronics and software deliverables at vehicle programs, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets and performance requirements
• 2.Define & Monitor Milestones by aligning all delivery heads & Project Leads
• 3.Cost: Allocate & Monitor VES Budget to respective commodities (R&D , CDMM)
• 4.Resource Mapping with Ramp up / Ramp down based on work content
• 5.Monitor overall project timelines (incl. component/system level) and elevate in case of potential foreseen risks Integrate delivery of all GPHs
• 6.Ensuring Milestone adherence
• 7.Completion of deliverables for straight pass Gateway Clearance
• 8.Risk identification and escalation to PD Head.
• 9.Propose mitigation plan in consultation with necessary stakeholders
• 10.Project communication plans Daily, Weekly, Monthly etc.
• 11.Monitor and control project scope (TCP, Quality parameters)
• 12.Monitor platform health (Time, Cost, Performance perspective). Status and risk visibility to Leadership team using dashboards / MIS
• 13.Enable PL with scenario planning on Change Requests that arise through scope, engineering, Concern Resolution etc
• Solves for TCP trade offs and reallocates TCP targets within VES that lie within pre defined limits so as to ensure that there are no overall TCP deviations.
• 14.Pre-empt and mitigate any potential risks that might arise, to ensure Closure of the stage gates with desired quality less/no deviations)
• 15.Coordinate VES PD Head level & PResident reviews
• 16,Maintain Single Issue list for Program Specific.
• 17.Ensures trade-offs are in line with platform TCP targets

Experience

8 ~ 12 yrs

Industry Preferred

Preferrably Automotive OEM

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Electrical & Electronics or Electroncis & Instrumentation
