🕘 Working Days: 6 days | 9 AM – 6 PM
💰 Compensation: Up to ₹7.5 LPA (including 20% Sales Incentives)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert career guidance and counselling to students & working professionals
• Conduct and interpret psychometric assessments
• Design and deliver career development programs
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Achieve sales targets and support business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals

Requirements

• 6 months to 5 years of experience in career counselling or related roles
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of career development principles
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and empathetic approach
• Experience in BFSI or handling high‑ticket sales (approx. ₹10 lakh) is a plus
