Job summary

Dhatu Organics and Naturals Pvt. Ltd. in Mysuru, Karnataka is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Incharge to manage daily dispatch operations, invoicing, e-way bill generation, inventory coordination, and logistics documentation.

The candidate will ensure accurate order processing, proper documentation, timely dispatches, and efficient coordination with sales, accounts, warehouse teams, and transporters.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Prepare sales invoices, tax invoices, delivery challans, and other dispatch-related documents.
• Generate and manage GST e-way bills as applicable for goods transportation.
• Verify customer details, GSTIN, HSN codes, product descriptions, quantities, taxable values, and GST calculations before invoicing.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for billing accuracy, invoice corrections, credit notes, and dispatch-related documentation.
• Verify sales orders, pick lists, batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiry dates before dispatch.
• Coordinate with packing and warehouse teams to ensure correct picking, packing, labelling, and order fulfilment.
• Arrange transport, coordinate with courier partners and transporters, and prepare LR/GR receipts and other transport documents as applicable.
• Maintain dispatch registers, invoice records, e-way bill details, vehicle numbers, transporter.
