Job summary

Topgear Consultants is seeking an experienced dispatch and invoicing professional in Mumbai to plan and oversee daily shipment activities for a manufacturing setup. You will coordinate with production, sales, and transporters, ensure accurate invoicing, and maintain GST-compliant documentation.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in dispatch and invoicing, strong ERP/SAP and MS Excel skills, and a proven track record in inventory management within steel/building materials manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of dispatch and invoicing experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in ERP/SAP and MS Excel for daily operations.
• GST compliance and regulatory documentation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute dispatch schedules in coordination with production and sales teams.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, and other statutory documents.
• Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and delivery.
• Monitor loading/unloading activities to ensure safety and prevent damage.
• Update dispatch and invoice details in ERP/SAP systems.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and invoicing.
• Generate daily and weekly dispatch reports.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 8 - 10 years in dispatch & invoice in a manufacturing setup (preferably steel/building materials industry).
• Skills: Expertise in inventory management and dispatch, invoice , Proficiency in ERP/SAP and MS Excel & knowledge of GST compliance and documentation

Industry Fit

Manufacturing industry experience preferred, especially in sheet metal, profile sheet & panel lines, PEB (PUF/PIR / mineral wool)
