Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch operations from the warehouse.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer service, and transport/courier partners for timely shipments.
• Plan and monitor dispatches as per order priority and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, LR/manifest, and other required documentation.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, scanning, and shipment handover.
• Track dispatched orders and coordinate for timely delivery.
• Maintain daily dispatch trackers and operational reports.
• Monitor dispatch TAT and resolve delays.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs and safety standards.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Executive Dispatch to manage day-to-day dispatch operations, ensure timely order processing, coordinate with transport/courier partners, and maintain accurate dispatch documentation and MIS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily dispatch operations from the warehouse.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer service, and transport/courier partners for timely shipments.
• Plan and monitor dispatches as per order priority and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, LR/manifest, and other required documentation.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, scanning, and shipment handover.
• Track dispatched orders and coordinate for timely delivery.
• Handle RTO, NDR, short/excess, damage, and shipment-related issues.
• Coordinate with courier/transport partners for shipment status and issue resolution.
• Maintain daily dispatch trackers, MIS, and operational reports.
• Ensure system transactions are updated accurately and on time.
• Monitor dispatch TAT and identify operational delays.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order/dispatch discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and process guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of warehouse dispatch and logistics operations.
• Experience in D2C / E-commerce / FMCG / Retail / Quick Commerce will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.
• Experience working with WMS/ERP systems.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume dispatch operations and meet timelines.
• Problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline preferred.
