Job summary

Topgear Consultants seeks an experienced Assistant Manager Stores & Dispatch to oversee daily dispatch operations, invoicing, and SAP/ERP updates at its Mumbai facility. The role collaborates with Production, Sales, Planning, Finance, Warehouse, and Transporters to ensure timely dispatch and accurate documentation.

The incumbent will manage customer invoicing, packing lists, statutory documents, and ensure data accuracy in invoices and records.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch planning and invoicing.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems.
• Strong coordination with production, sales, planning, finance, warehouse and transporters.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily and weekly dispatch schedules in coordination with Production, Sales and Planning teams.
• Prepare and verify sales invoices, packing lists, e-way bills and other statutory dispatch documents.
• Ensure accuracy of customer, product, quantity, billing and tax details in invoices.
• Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and delivery.
• Update dispatch, invoice and inventory transactions accurately in SAP/ERP systems.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods, invoices and related documentation.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Stores & Dispatch to manage dispatch operations and invoicing activities at our manufacturing plant.

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring timely dispatch of finished goods, accurate invoicing and statutory documentation, transporter coordination, inventory/dispatch record accuracy and SAP/ERP updates.

The role requires close coordination with Production, Sales, Planning, Finance, Warehouse and Transporters to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily and weekly dispatch schedules in coordination with Production, Sales and Planning teams.
• Ensure finished goods are available and ready for dispatch as per customer requirements and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and verify sales invoices, packing lists, e-way bills and other statutory dispatch documents.
• Ensure accuracy of customer, product, quantity, billing and tax details in invoices.
• Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and delivery.
• Monitor vehicle reporting, loading, dispatch and delivery status.
• Follow up with transporters for delayed vehicles and delivery-related issues.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure safe handling of finished goods and prevent product damage.
• Update dispatch, invoice and inventory transactions accurately in SAP/ERP systems.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods, invoices and related documentation.
